Applications in terms of the National Environmental Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as amended (“NEMA”); the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998); the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008) (“NEM: WA”); National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), as amended (‘NEM: AQA”) and Environmental Authorisation and environmental management programmes (EMPrs) in terms of EIA regulation, 2014.

ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT
Environmental audit is an environmental management tool measuring the effects of an activities against set criteria or standards. We conduct audits to measure whether or not relevant legislative and internal requirements have are met (compliance) and review the implementation of policies.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
Environmental monitoring is adopted to assess progress of environmental objectives, conditions, trends, and help identify environmental risks and opportunities.
